Artur Cielma

​A-class basketball coach, graduate of AWF Wrocław. Associated with SKM Zastal Zielona Góra since 2011, coached U-12–U-20 teams. Currently coach of the 2009 age group in the Basketball Sports Class.

  • Polish U-20 Vice-Championship (2014) – As an assistant to coach Bogusław Onufrowicz, he won the silver medal at the Polish Championships in Radom.

  • Second league coach (2016-2018) – For three seasons he managed the Musketeerowie Nowa Sól and Intermarche II Zielona Góra teams.

  • Provincial team coach – He was responsible for training the Lubuskie voivodeship team in 1997, 2001 and 2009.

  • Talents Camp Coordinator – Acts as the sports project coordinator, supporting the development of young basketball talents.

  • President of Basket Sulechów – Heads the association promoting basketball in the region.

  • Participation in PLK conferences – In February 2025, together with coach Mikołaj Siminski, he participated in the Polish Basketball League conference, emphasizing his commitment to coaching development.
